Order prescription...
Use our online service to order prescriptions for medications prescribed to you as part of your ongoing therapy (so-called repeat prescriptions). This service requires that you be a registered patient at the practice. Your prescription can be issued as an electronic prescription (ePrescription).
After confirmation via email or phone, patients can redeem the ePrescription directly at the pharmacy using their health insurance card. A PIN is not required. The pharmacy inserts the eHealth card into a reader, thereby gaining access to the ePrescription server and downloading the prescription.
Currently, this service is only available for prescription medications, not for private prescriptions, controlled substances, or medical aids. Alternatively, patients can receive a printed copy of the prescription with a prescription code.
